The house is located in the very center of Medulin on the largest cultivated green area, surrounded with fruit and grandiose oak trees.  Varieties of rare birds are a special attraction to our guests.

The balcony opens up to a magnificent view, which overlooks the green area and stretching onto the sea. The guests can stay in rooms or apartments that accommodate 2-8 people. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen and TV set.  Guests who stay in the apartments can, in agreement, use the barbecue on the terrace, and breakfast is served to all of our guests as an additional service.

Parking is always available within the enclosed area, which is an additional service for our guests.
